Swan 56 Mensae
Mensae is a Swan 56 still owned by the first owner who purchased it in 1999, taking it around the world between New England and the West Indies. Maintained maniacally by its loving owner, Mensae underwent a partial refit inwinter 2017/2018: new teak decks, new deck hatches, new windlass, new AIS, new antennas, new bottom paint, fresh paint in some interior parts, maintenance of many of the electrical and plumbing systems. For those interested in viewing this historic specimen, it is located in the port of Istria Island, Slovenia.
INTERIOR – Swan 56 Mensae
This Swan 56 sleeps 11 in total; in addition to the master cabin with a double bed plus a single folding berth, there are in fact the two twin cabins with overlapping beds and the 4 berths in the central salon. Kitchen side, on the Mensae we find Corian countertops, sink cover (which is double) in teak, side-loading refrigerator and top-loading freezer operated by motor or 110 V.
