Zeus S
Zeus S is designed to simplify sailing by displaying information tailored to the sailor’s immediate needs and hiding unnecessary information.
The double soul of Zeus S
Designed from the ground up to be used by anyone without having to read a manual, Zeus S features new navigation modes, preset dashboards, and data views covering a wide range of situations. A new operating system, based on Android, simple and intuitive, accompanied by a more powerful processor than the Vulcan, similar to that of the Zeus 3S.
Users simply select the appropriate mode for the sailing situation, and Zeus S will provide the necessary information for cruising or racing. Unique features of the race interface include the ability to orient the map to the wind, so that the boat’s heading angle is immediately apparent to the helmsman. In addition, the new chartplotter continues to support advanced functions for sailing, including updates for SailSteer, layline, routes, and others. Also present is a timer for departures, with the ability to synchronize the countdown. The color scheme of the interface has been revised, with greater use of white than black to make menus stand out better in the sun.
C-MAP safety alerts to avoid collisions
Zeus S is compatible with C-MAP DISCOVER X and REVEAL X nautical charts. It thus enables the use of perfectly matched next-generation cartography and supports the new Safety Alerts function, which, through chart data, can detect objects that may pose a risk of collision and warns if stranding hazards have been identified. With highly accurate data supported by near real-time updates, C-MAP nautical charts are packed with features including tides and current projections, autorouting, and quick one-touch access to points of interest, tides, channels, and more.
Connect it to Triton Edge for High Performace navigation
Zeus S finally can be connected to a Triton Edge controller that offers an advanced suite with more accurate navigation data. In addition to improved StartLine calculations, advanced boat speed calibration, and real wind data, Triton Edge can correct the wind for heeling/axis angles providing better information to both user and system, thus improving efficiency on the water. A complete system that comes very close in performance to the H5000 suite, B&G’s range developed for cruise ships and racing yachts.

H5000
B&G’s H5000 instrument and autopilot systems combine exclusive navigation features with race-ideal technology in an easy-to-use package. Developed for cruise ships and racing yachts, the range offers superior system options to satisfy and enhance one’s passion for sailing.
Highlighted features of performance
B&G’s H5000 instrument systems offer high-performance features specific to sailing and powerful racing technologies to boaters who want only the best.
- 3D Motion
The wind measurement is affected by the wind induced at the top of the mast by the pitching and rolling of the boat. The solution is 3D motion correction. H5000 acquires data from various sensors, including high-specification gyroscopes, to correct the induced wind, providing the best available solution in an instrumentation system.
- StartLine
The StartLine function of the H5000 system provides high-resolution data for distance to line, distance to line limits, alignment to line, and vessel lengths, obtained from a predetermined end. StartLine H5000 uses BowPosition, calculating the position of the boat’s bow 10 times per second. For the ultimate in startup performance, the H5000 interface can be combined with a Zeus3 chartplotter.
- H5000 interface
The browser-based configuration of the H5000 system enables advanced calibration, setup, and diagnostics without the hassle of interacting with a complex menu system. The powerful Web-style interface can be accessed through a PC, tablet or smartphone.
- Advanced calibration
H5000 offers the ultimate in high-resolution sensor inputs, the best processing techniques, and optimal system calibration, with corrections for any function to derive the most accurate data.
Choose a CPU suitable for your sailing requirements
Choose the H5000 system CPU best suited to your needs. H5000 systems can be purchased as basic packages that include the H5000 Graphic display, a CPU, and the network backbone kit.

This new generation of smart displays for sailing data offers unprecedented visualization with full customization, as well as predefined multi-function templates and easy-to-use automatic dashboards based on your navigation point.
Experience maximum control with H5000 pilots
B&G’s innovative H5000 Pilot system is used by many of the world’s top solo sailors, with IMOCA, Class 40, Figaro and many of the new B&G-piloted maxi trimarans. The H5000 Pilot system features dedicated sailing algorithms and steering modes such as gust response, recovery and wind response. It has been tested in the harshest conditions and environments. The H5000 Pilot system can be controlled by the Zeus chartplotter or the dedicated H5000 Pilot controller.
Advanced navigation functions of the H5000 pilot
The H5000 pilot is not the same as other autopilots. Its expert systems constantly monitor direction, wind, sea state, heeling angle and other variables to react immediately to changing conditions, providing the performance expected from H5000’s advanced sailing features and safety in equal measure.
- Recovery mode
It recognizes any sudden deviations caused by rogue waves or boat wakes, quickly restoring the course to the target.
- Response Burst
Response on gust performs preemptive action based on data from incoming H5000 or WTP3 instruments to maintain a more stable course in variable wind conditions.
- Response to high wind
The high wind response causes the boat to naturally drift away if the wind increases while trying to increase speed and keep the boat flat. B&G’s H5000 pilot contains fail-safe systems and user-configurable hard limits to provide safety functions that match its performance.
