Shipyard & Marina Sant’Andrea is the convenient North Adriatic port located in the Marano Lagoon, between the seaside resorts of Grado and Lignano Sabbiadoro. Built in a prime location, easily accessible from the sea by being located on a navigable channel with 7 meters of water depth, it covers an area of 200,000 square meters and is ISO 14001 certified. Thanks to the 4-meter seabed, it is the ideal place to safely store and experience the boat, sheltered from unfavorable weather conditions a with the assurance of professional assistance. The yard with its covered (15,000 sq. m.) and uncovered (80,000 sq. m.) storage area is another strong point: thanks to 3 travel lifts with a maximum capacity of 220 t, 2 hauling tanks, 3 boat trolleys, and heated paint booth, all kinds of routine and extraordinary maintenance are possible: painting, teak decks, carpentry, metalwork, mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, electrical. The shipyard, thanks to the quality on the workmanship, has been chosen as a service center for the Adriatic of major shipyards: Nautor Swan, Solaris and Sanlorenzo.
The port
All Marina docks are equipped with electricity, water, wifi internet, and 24h surveillance. Many services to offer maximum relaxation: multilingual reception, courtesy cars, toilets and showers, dock staff for maneuvering assistance, garbage collection and disposal, laundry, Taxi service, car rental, helicopter transport service (thanks to the new helipad landing site), electric bikes and electric car charging station, reduced environmental impact thanks to the presence of photovoltaic panels. St. Andrew’s was the first marina in Italy to use energy from renewable sources that is 100% traceable and certified. There is also a leisure area for relaxing after a day at sea. Restaurant with swimming pool, large green areas, playgrounds, and area along the Horn River with shaded gazebos and sunbeds. A storage area is then being developed in the southern area of the Marina that will create a new dry marina with an additional 150 berths. Docks will be built ashore equipped with water and power to allow easy use of the boat ashore: it will be operational from September 2024.
