Two blazoned Classic Boats, two cruiser-racer and one cruising hull. The range, in today’s article, is quite varied, except for the dimensions, all contained within the extreme 10.5 to 12.9 meters. IMPALA 35 (10.50 m)

Signed by Sparkman & Stephens in the early 1970s, the Impala 35 is one of the great designs to come out of Shipyard 71, an S&S-curated reinterpretation of the already excellent S&S34-which won the Sydney-Hobart in ’69. Sleek and harmonious, with the Impala 35 you have the just-longer, Italian-style version, an excellent boat, extremely harmonious and with classic lines to say the least.

Away with the mainsail! The DolceVela concept is what vacationing boaters demand (and already do)

Launched in 1972, the specimen for sale is in excellent condition and ready to sail. On board she offers a tri-radial jib, battened mainsail, spinnaker and her tangon, and furling jib. On the upgrades side, the rigging turns out to have been changed in 2023, while also on board are an anchor windlass, MaxProp propeller, Raymarine 4000 autopilot, not to mention all the appropriate extras. The engine, however, is a 25-horsepower Ruggerini.

ELAN 37 (11.16 m)

With a sporty disposition, signed by Humphreys, the Elan 37 is a hull yes for cruising, but also well suited to circuits between buoys, strong with powerful lines capable of good performance at all gaits. The model for sale, from 2005, is then a one-owner, apparently in excellent condition.

The rigging has been rebuilt, as has the engine (from specialist workshop). The batteries (Mastervolt 130ha) are new, a package to which is then added a 150ha solar panel. On the sail stock front, however, there is a battened mainsail with Selden triradial hydranet trolleys (Veleria incidences), a triradial hydranet genoa (incidences) and a Banks sails membrane jib, battened. A spinnaker is then added and, of course, the tangon. The wheel rudder, however, is carbon.

BAVARIA 38 MATCH (11.36 m)

We start with the Bavaria 38 Match (11.36 x 3.71 m), a cruiser that does not, however, disdain racing, as the signature she bears, that of Peterson, might already suggest. Not for nothing, a 2003 hull in fact won the 2021 Brindisi Corfu…

Launched in 2004, this specific Bavaria has been regularly maintained and is in excellent condition, ready to sail right out of the box. She sees a recently serviced 2021 Volvo Penta 39 hp installed and, on board can accommodate up to 8 people, offers 3 distinct cabins.

EUROVELA 38 (11.46 m)

In the 1980s, the Eurovela shipyard produced its 38-footer of the same name, a racing and cruising hull that garnered quite a few plaudits. The model for sale, in particular, proves multi-winner under her previous name of Candida Star, then in light blue livery.

Classic Boat Club | S&S: 8 cults under the sign of Sparkman & Stephens

Built in West-System in 1980, the boat for sale is now looking for an owner to give her new life. The mast, in fact, is damaged, but except for that no critical damage is indicated. On board are three double berths and two additional square berths. The engine is a 1992 30-horsepower Yanmar; the propeller, on the other hand, is marked Radice, with folding blades.

SUN ODYSSEY 42 DS (12.93 m)

Looking at Jeanneau production, the Sun Odyssey 42 DS (12.93 x 4.11 m) is positioned as a nearly 13-meter cruiser designed specifically for cruising, and thus strong on bright and particularly spacious interiors. The design dates from 2007, signed by Lombard, and boasts a distinctive deckhouse, strong with large openings to give the interior as much light as possible.

Launched in 2010, the model for sale offers 3 separate cabins, although it is equipped to accommodate up to 8 passengers. In terms of engines, however, it boasts a 54-horsepower Yanmar 4JH4E. It has been regularly maintained and is also suitable for immediate use.
