Veneziani Yachting, a historic Italian brand specializing in paints and technical coatings for the nautical industry, presented its new partnership as the official technical sponsor of the Blue Carbon Sailing Team, one of the most innovative and active teams in the Spanish sailing scene.

The team, led by internationally renowned skipper Toni Guiu and composed of 23 sailing professionals, is a leading player in major regattas in Spain and the Mediterranean, including the Trofeo Conde de Godó, the Loro Piana Giraglia and the Copa del Rey, distinguishing itself through competitiveness, team spirit and a future-oriented strategic vision.

Sailing, performance and environmental commitment

The Blue Carbon project is not limited to the sporting aspect: it was created with the goal of raising awareness among the general public about the challenges of climate change, pollution, and degradation of themarine environment. The team promotes concrete actions to protect the sea, combining a passion for sailing with a tangible commitment to sustainability.

This is the context for the collaboration with Veneziani Yachting, which provides the team with its more than 100 years of experience and high-performance technical products. The goal is clear: to maximize efficiency, speed and sustainability in regattas. For the boat’s refit, Veneziani provided a complete cycle of products, from coating Durepox to the antifouling Speedy Carbonium, developed specifically for competitive sailing.

A partnership under the banner of innovation

“We are deeply aligned with the mission of the Blue Carbon Sailing Team. This technical sponsorship is a concrete way for us to support not only high-level sailing, but also an ecological and sustainable vision of the future of the sea,” said the Veneziani team.

“Being able to count on Veneziani’s technical support is a real guarantee of performance. Their solutions allow us to optimize the boat without compromising sustainability. It is a real advantage on the water and reinforces our commitment to the environment,” said skipper Toni Guiu.

Sports, excellence and respect for the sea

With this collaboration, Veneziani Yachting reaffirms its commitment to increasingly responsible sailing, supporting projects in which sporting excellence and environmental awareness come together. The Blue Carbon Sailing Team thus becomes an ambassador of a sailing that looks to the future, where technological innovation and respect for the sea travel hand in hand.
