The port to experience Venice and the Lagoon
Venice Certosa Marina offers a unique boating experience just a step away from the historic city center.
Entering from the Adriatic Sea into the Venice lagoon from Mouth of Lido Harbor you can easily reach the historic center of Venice Mooring on Charter Island at the Venice Certosa Marina, a safe harbor in all tidal and wind conditions, accessible, day and night and in all seasons thanks to the Marina’s shuttle service, private cabs or scheduled public transport. Thanks to the integration of port services (moorings, 24/7 assistance, garaging, plant and engine maintenance) with the large park, tourist-hotel hospitality, food and wine and entertainment, the Marina allows boaters to enjoy their boat as a real pied-à-terre in Venice and sail in the extraordinary context of the lagoon. The city’s calendar is packed with events: from the Biennale (International Architecture Exhibition May-November) and the Venice Boat Show (May 29-June 2) at which boaters who wish to register will be Marina guests for 3 nights. The season continues with the traditional Feast of the Redeemer (July 19-20), the International Film Festival (August 27-September 6), the Historical Regatta (September 7), and Veleziana Sailing Week (October 16-19). From October 15-17, 2025, the Marina will host the World Conference of Marinas(www.worldmarinasconference.com), which brings together global marina operators such as marina managers, designers, supply chain suppliers, ship manufacturers and charter companies who address global market challenges and trends, innovations and ecological transition.
