Designed for boaters seeking a smooth transition to electric power, YANMAR ‘s E-Saildrive offers a quiet, low-maintenance solution, complete with an internal closed-loop oil cooling system.
Mounted on existing seats or as a replacement for combustion engines, it makes the transition to all-electric boating easier and faster .
E-Saildrive is available in three user-friendly models: SDe7, SDe10 and SDe15, (equivalent to about 9, 14 and 20 hp) ideal for meeting different power and performance needs.

With fewer components than conventional internal combustion engines, YANMAR ‘s revolutionary E-Saildrive has reduced maintenance requirements.

Available in three power versions, E-Saildrive is perfect for cruising cabin cruisers, catamarans and cruisers up to 40 feet. The E-Saildrive is a fully integrated, all-in-one solution that includes sail drive, a bevel gear, motor, control system and cooling system.
Powered by lithium-ion batteries, the system offers modern functionality with YANMAR’s new and upgraded control system .
Featuring a 4.3-inch TFT display with IPx7 waterproof rating and anti-fog coating, as well as versatile control options, it enhances usability and introduces modern features into the sailing experience.
