From today you have one more tool, available for free on our website in the new dedicated “Weather Forecast” section.
The section is designed in collaboration with Meteomed experts is perfect for getting an idea of what the weather will be like at sea in a five-day “delta.”
Especially if you want to go out for a swim, or if you are planning coastal sailing, the tool is reliable and is at your complete disposal, available for consultation at any time.
How the free service works
Operation of the section is simple and intuitive. Once you land in the section you are greeted by an animated graphic showing real-time conditions in the Mediterranean. Thus, by eye, you will immediately see what the weather will be like in the Mediterranean.
But it didn’t end there. Simply type, in the dedicated box, the name of the coastal location you are interested in to immediately access the weather forecast for the next four days with average wind speed (and gusts), weather, sea state, wave height, minimum and maximum temperature.
If you are planning to sail along the coast, you can also interpolate the data from each location you will touch gone to build your own personalized “weathercock”!
