Sottocosta, the Middle Adriatic Boat Show, returns to Pescara May 3-5. The Pescara Marina is ready to host the 10th edition of the event: three days (with free admission) when it will be possible to take a dip in the blue through a 4,000-square-meter exhibition area, indoor and outdoor, where boats and watercraft, inboard and outboard marine engines, electronics, nautical accessories, fishing, design, water sports, diving, swimwear and much more will be featured.
What you can expect at the Middle Adriatic Boat Show
After the success of 2023, when the show was enlivened by 64 exhibitors from 10 Italian regions with a total of 160 brands present, this year the trade show aims to expand both the territorial reach, with more representative regions and new exhibitors attending the show for the first time, and the number of boats and vessels also displayed in the water. In the exhibition area, the beating heart of the event, it will be possible to view all the latest and best offerings on boats, inflatables, canoes, kayaks, sup, marine engines, electric motors, boating accessories, nautical clothing, nautical publishing, charters and boating vacations, diving equipment, and electronics. And there will also be no shortage of participation from law enforcement and rescue agencies, associations, federations and boating clubs.
The program of events
Just as the program of events promises to be rich to accompany the show, which will be divided into three sections: one relating to all the events that will take place inside the Becci exhibition hall, one for the activities that will be promoted outside, including events at sea, and the third dedicated to the many activities that will be held in the stands, by the exhibitors themselves. Conferences, workshops, seminars, boat outings, environmental education projects, training courses, workshops for children, and international awards will alternate during the three-day event, involving all kinds of audiences, from professionals in the nautical sector to enthusiasts of the blue world, as well as newbies, who will have the opportunity to have their “Baptism of the Sea.”
How not to miss the Middle Adriatic Boat Show
Admission to the event is free. To stay informed about the event, you can follow the social pages (Facebook and Instagram) of the event @SottocostaPescara and visit

The event, which this year reaches its 10th edition and is promoted by the Chieti Pescara Chamber of Commerce and the Marina di Pescara marina, with the technical collaboration of Assonautica Pescara Chieti, will also count on important sponsorships for the 2024 edition. As of 2022, in fact, Sottocosta has obtained the patronage of Confindustria Nautica, becoming part of the network of territorial events that enhance the nautical supply chain in the area by boosting the development of the sea economy, just as those of Assonat, Assonautica Italiana, the Port System Authority of the Central Adriatic Sea and the Abruzzo Regional Council are confirmed.
