Spinnaker by HiNelson – via Carlo Goldoni 3, Milan

HiNelson scores another coup and brings the number of its physical stores to three with its latest acquisition. These are.
Spinnaker at 3 Via Carlo Goldoni in Milan
, a store located in a central area of the city, dedicated to nautical clothing and accessories and active for many years in the Lombard capital, which now joins the HiNelson ecosystem.

The new HiNelson store in Milan

Spinnaker
is undoubtedly a recognized name with a certain reputation among Milanese boating enthusiasts, so HiNelson devised a communication plan to preserve and promote the store’s identity. The initiative will focus on the emergence of a new brand “Spinnaker by HiNelson” with a new logo and a strategy that aims to enhance and consolidate the uniqueness of the two brands by creating the most satisfying shopping experience possible for the customer, both online and in store, and many more products available. in fact, Spinnaker’s already large and comprehensive clothing catalog will be joined by accessories from HiNelson.

Another piece in the omnichannel growth strategy

Spinnaker’s is yet another milestone marking HiNelson‘s growth path. The company, which started out as an ecommerce, opened its first physical store in 2022 in Milan, choosing to evolve its business model towardomnichannelity. From the very first opening, HiNelson’s special feature has been its desire to combine services and features of both the online and physical store, allowing customers in both channels to have as similar a shopping experience as possible. Just as online there is the possibility to inquire about the HiNelson Academy or to ask for personalized advice directly from the experts, in the stores there are the specialists who accompany the customer in the choice. From the perspective of online and physical services are also interconnected, one example out of all is the ability to pick up or return a product purchased online in store. For all these reasons, the company launched a plan in 2022 to open several stores throughout Italy; in fact, the first Milan opening was followed in summer 2023 by the Rimini store at 65 Lucio Lando Street.
With this latest acquisition in Milan, the company’s growth plan, which includes the opening of several physical stores throughout Italy over the next few years, proceeds apace.
