Today the trend among boat owners is to choose a marina in which to keep the boat also depending on its location. This is because more and more marinas allow the boat to be experienced year-round, just like a real vacation home, but with which to go and visit the bays and coastlines located near the harbor whenever possible. And why not, the boat can also be a convenient pied-Ã -terre during the winter to escape the city during the weekend. Here are three ports (plus one) with these characteristics to keep the boat in the Adriatic right from the Ports Pavilion of our Boat Show.
Where to moor in the Adriatic Sea
It is located on Certosa, which is one of the largest of the smaller islands in the Venetian lagoon. Its geographical location, at the entrance to the Venice lagoon, between the Lido inlet and the city center, less than 200 meters from the sestiere of San Pietro di Castello and one kilometer from St. Mark’s Square, allows it to be considered part of the center. The moorings, set up on floating docks, are naturally redoxed by prevailing winds and tidal phenomena. The port is equipped with specialized technical services for hauling and maintenance of every vessel, deck equipment, engines, and on-board facilities.
