The Tofinou, a line of daysailers from the French shipyard Latitude, thanks to their elegant and classic lines, are among those boats that stand out from afar. They have a well-defined style and an aesthetic that is hard to mistake, just as the new Tofinou 7.9, a new small daysailer from the house, will be.
Tofinou 7.9 – DNA from daysailer

The new Tofinou 7.9 embodies this style to perfection, with an almost completely flush deck silhouette, a bow flex that winks, along with the shapes of the stern, at classic lines, with a narrow hull that can entertain even in very light winds.
The Tofinou 7.9 will be the new entri level in a range that also includes the 9.7, 8, 12, and 16. Like its big sisters, this Tofinou will also have some wood inserts on the exterior to enrich its aesthetics and quality, but the real novelty is another. Upon request, the boat will also be available with electric propulsion.
In fact, this solution is ideal for daysailers, which normally make few hours of motion each outing except for those needed to get in and out of the harbor; the sails take care of the rest, thus drastically reducing energy autonomy problems. In fact, there will be a battery pack on board the 7.9 electric, which will also be transportable at home to be conveniently recharged when needed.
