- What do I need to follow the video visit? You’ll only need a device with an Internet connection and earphones or an audio speaker to follow the visit.
- Is the video visit a recorded video or a virtual tour? The video visit is not a recorded video or a virtual tour, but is a live experience conducted by the vessel contact person who will be able to provide you with all the information you are looking for.
- During the video visit can I step in and ask questions? Certainly, you can ask questions and comment on the video in real time with the assistance of our moderator.
