Transparent boat, but also environmentally sustainable

One of the shipyard’s most famous lines is the “transparent boats,” namely the Coral View 250 and the Tender 220 T, with their transparent polycarbonate hulls that are shockproof, saltproof and UV-resistant. Due to their special construction, these boats allow the bottom to be observed through the hull while sailing. But Verga 1958 has also, since time immemorial, been sensitive to environmental issues. Since its founding 65 years ago, the Lomazzo shipyard’s goal has been to create quality boats that are safe, a symbol of Made in Italy and environmentally friendly. Just look at the latest projects of Verga to understand this. For example. Coral Life 250, a boat launched a year and a half ago by the shipyard and perfect for sailing in a 100% green way. The hull is made of recycled and recyclable plastic, and in addition to rowing propulsion, this boat is optimized to be compatible with an electric motor. This tender also allows entry into all reserves, nature parks and protected areas that allow it, precisely because it does not use a heat engine.
