A cruising hull, capable of satisfying even the most pretentious sailors, with a submerged volume distribution that not only provides fun acceleration and good sailing performance, but also the right amount of comfort when sailing. Here is what this 36-footer from the French shipyard Jeanneau looks like. Meticulously maintained exteriors with teak paneling, including for the stern sea drop, easily accessed from the spacious aft cockpit. Born from the pencil of Marc Lombard, an established designer of oceanic opens, this 11-meter has modern water lines with a vertical foredeck and large aft volumes that give it good sailing performance in all weather conditions. The profile is softened by the accentuated leapfrog and the deckhouse lightened by long windows, which not only serve an aesthetic function but also provide good interior brightness.
COVER
The fully teak-lined cockpit provides comfortable seating for six, and the wheelhouse with just the right diameter facilitates the transition to the stern where the sliding donkey back provides access to the spoiler, which incorporates a swim platform. All rigging is deferred in the cockpit and easily adjusted via two winches located on the deckhouse.
INTERIOR
The interiors are the result of the shipyard’s new course, with higher quality materials and a layout that emphasizes circulation and square footage. There are two cabin options, one with two double cabins and a generously sized bathroom, one with two twins in the stern and the master cabin in the bow. In the latter configuration, the bathroom is smaller and located opposite the kitchen with an L-shaped floor plan.
