The Impression have quickly become popular among cruising enthusiasts and charter companies, and are known for their sailing characteristics, durability, comfort, and craftsmanship. In 2007, theElan Impression 344 won the European Yacht of the Year award, earning it its place at the international level.
ELAN IMPRESSION 45.1, THE HEIR TO A BEST SELLER
Inspired by the solutions presented on the Elan GT5, the Elan Impression 45.1, an upgrade of the “best seller” 45, now features a longer and wider cockpit defined by twin wheels, a split table and a folding sunbed. Equipped with a modern vertical transom, two large storage boxes have been added in the cockpit, which can also be equipped with a grill, sink or refrigerator. Discerning owners can also opt for a sportier look with an open transom configuration, or choose the safety and comfort of an enclosed transom with a large swim platform.
One of the immediately noticeable additional changes is the new window, which illuminates the rear cabins and builds on its immediately recognizable shape. The kitchen was moved forward to have a more comfortable work surface.
After months of testing, iroko veneer framed with solid wood was chosen as the main material for interior decoration because it was decided to have the best durability capabilities, a beautiful classic appearance, and an attractive price.
