I buy my own boat, 4 new sailboats for those who are not satisfied

Dreaming is sometimes permissible. Dreaming of the boat of a lifetime, the ultimate boat, to live aboard always or for very long sailings. If you are looking for a boat like this, if you are not satisfied, take a look at these proposals because we are going to review 4 best sellers in the luxury cruising market segment.

We chose 4 models representing Jeanneau, Advanced, Ice and Nautor Swan. Namely, the Jeanneau Yachts 60, theAdvanced A66, the Ice 70 and the Swan 65. In the Advanced and Ice market, they represent the world of custom boats, Jeanneau the world of production boats (although many customizations are available in the Yachts range), Nautor Swan, on the other hand, is the “cult” brand that encompasses both sectors.

Jeanneau Yachts 60 – Jeanneau | Length. 18.28 m, width. 5.20m

The quest for on-board comfort, a hallmark of Jeanneu, is combined with the desire to offer a yacht that can guarantee good sailing performance, thanks to its long waterline, balanced distribution of living space and weight. The exterior layout features an inverted prow, with integrated dolphin boat, a high freeboard. In the stern there is space for a garage for a 3-meter tender.

Swan 65 – Nautor | Length. 20.11 m, width. 5.62 mt

The design of the Swan 65 is by German Frers and features a double-steering hull where the absolute lack of edges and extremely soft volumes stand out. The boat, whose deepest planned draft is 4.2 meters with T-keel, expresses its maximum potential with a heel up to 30 degrees, performing optimally in medium to strong breezes but also in lighter ones as befits an all round design.

A66 – Advanced | Length. 20.46 m, width. 5.40 mt

When sailing, Advanced’s A66 performs great, thanks to the studio design of Jim Pugh and John Reichel. The two designers have gone to great lengths to keep both the ease of maneuvering and the level of performance of this sailboat high. Even in the command area, everything is convenient to reach and within easy reach, allowing even small crews to set sail.

ICE 70 – ICE YACHTS | Length. 21.30 m, width. 5.76 mt

ICE 70

The first Ice 70 was commissioned by an owner who had specific demands: a very comfortable boat, equipped with every comfort, that could provide interior volumes suitable for spending long time on board, a long sailing blue water capable of sailing well despite the large amount of accessories and wood for the valuable furniture inside.
