This one is really beautiful. Absurdly beautiful not to tell you about it.
We are nthe lagoon of Simpson Bay, in St. Marteen, Caribbean. For some time a sailboat has been stranded and full of water, about to sink, no one on board. Until one fine day, Canadians in an inflatable boat pass by the “semi-relief” and witness a paradoxical scene. A few meters downwind of the boat is a life raft. Attached to the raft is an inflated spi, attached in turn to the boat’s spi halyard and walled, remotely, at the bow.

AN ABSURD SCENE
But the most absurd thing is that there is a man inside the raft. A castaway? Apparently not. In fact, the guy is quiet, especially since when Canadians ask him if he needs anything and if he is okay, he simply replies, “Yes, cigarettes and beer.” He seems to be living on the raft, since he cannot stay aboard the half-sunken boat, and he uses the spinnaker to prevent the latter from going down, waiting for someone to help him disengage the hull. If this is truly the case, he is a genius. Especially since when the Canadians return to the site after a few hours, the boat is gone.

GENIUS OR WHAT ELSE?
