What a chilling video! Off the coast of Santorini, the gale with gusts up to 70 knots catches the crew of this charter boat completely unprepared. By sheer luck no one ends up overboard!
Aside from the sea being taken sideways, the jib being ripped to shreds, and the boat lying in distress, this video is comumably educational because it documents the human response in a panic. Almost the entire crew, in fact, remains motionless and exposed to danger, waiting for coordination from the skipper, which will not come.
