A MYTH CALLED ALPA

The first boat we offer comes from the legendary Alpa shipyard: presented at the 1976 Genoa Boat Show, theAlpa 38 (11.50 m long) is a design by Sparkman & Stephens. It is characterized by a central cockpit and a very pronounced freeboard. Unmissable long keel and skeg rudder, because of its docility and stability under canvas it can also be a perfect cruising boat for those who intend to make very long sailings. Specifically, the model we propose is from 1977 and is currently located in Lefkas, Greece. In 2015, the engine was refitted in its entirety, and inverters and sea intakes were changed. In 2018 the addition of solar panel to make the boat even more suitable for long cruises.

A GREAT LITTLE MOTORSAILER

In La Spezia they are selling an interesting (and well-kept) motorsailer in a “mignon” version: this is the Multi 85 (8.5 m long by 3.1 beam) from the Multimare shipyard, designed by Ugo Faggioni in 1975. A real beach house! The model is from 1985 and is equipped as follows: 20 Hp three-cylinder Volvo engine, one double cabin, one single berth, two berths in the saloon, oven and two burners, cockpit refrigerator, electric toilet and windlass, three 100 A batteries, battery charger, rollaway, echo module, log, chart plotter.

FROM THE PENCIL OF THE OLYMPIC CHAMPION

Designed by Swedish champion Pelle Petterson (two Olympic medals in the Star class and countless world titles won), the Maxi Yacht 35 is a 10.35-meter that has everything you need for long cruising in comfort. The boat is from 1983, has six beds, kitchenette with two-burner stove, oven, double sink and refrigerator. Separate bathroom with sink and marine toilet. Fresh water reservoir. Everything in order and fully functional.
