THREE BOATS USED “OUT OF THE CHORUS”
A TRUE QUEEN OF THE OCEANS
The first of the boats used “out of the chorus” that we propose is a second class RORC (the Royal Ocean Racing Club is one of the major organizers of offshore racing in the UK including the famous Fastnet race and the Admiral’s Cup. It is also the originator of the tonnage formulas for classifying boats participating in offshore racing-the RORC formula dates back to 1925!). The wooden boat, built to withstand the harshest conditions on the high seas, was built in 1963 by the F.lli Cozzani shipyard in La Spezia and is 14.50 m long overall (13.80 hull length). The boat can be seen in Liguria.

ALPA HEART.

The model we show here (13.05 x 3.50 m) is from 1988 and is refitted and in good condition. The interesting thing is that the owner is offering the possibility of trade-in for a vessel…

EVEN KENNEDY LOVED THEM
Wianno were the mythical drifts on which President Kennedy enjoyed himself. This is a Wianno 15 (4.80 m), built by Marco Casavecchia’s shipyard in 1995 and designed by Sparkman & Stephens (USA). All-wood hull, very little used. The boat is in perfect condition. The sail rig is auric sloop (gaff sloop) and the boat can be seen in Turin.
