FIVE USED BOATS FROM 36 TO 40 FEET.
STABLE & EASY
The first of the used boats we offer is a Comet 36 (10.61 x 3.57 m) from 2005. Elegant and fast this 11-meter, born in 2000. The design is by Sergio Lupoli, who opted for strong stability and reduced wetted surface area so that the Comet 36 is agile in light winds and easy to steer even when the anemometer rises. On deck, particularly wide walkways and classic cockpit with the mainsail traveller placed at the downdraft below deck.
Interiors are planned with two or three cabins and two bathrooms. Horseshoe-shaped dinette, facing another settee. Cooking and charting on either side of the descent. The construction is neat, the finishes good.
The two-cabin model we propose is ready to sail and complete with every equipment: the mast is from 2019, as is the rigging. The engine was overhauled in 2020.

COMFORT IN POWER
We continue our review of used boats with a Bavaria 37 Cruiser (11.35 x 3.80 m): the progenitor of the German shipyard’s then revamped fast cruiser line. An 11-meter with excellent performance and modern, sporty lines, designed by the Slovenians of J&J. Comfortable cockpit with open stern. It remained in production from 2006 to 2008.
The model under consideration, visible in Rimini, is from 2006 and is in very good overall condition. The craft has been used only privately and maintained excellently. Muffler replaced in 2019. Cockpit cushions, bow sundeck, bimini, spray hood, lazy bag, hatch cover, all redone in 2017. Mainsail and genoa from 2015.
Heating in all cabins and dinette. Three-blade folding propeller.

PURE CRUISE!
The third of the boats used in the review is a Hanse 385 (11.40 m x 3.88 m). Here is the successor to the Hanse 375, one of the German shipyard’s most successful models.
The Judel/Vrolijk firm, for this Hanse 385, increased volumes by about 20 percent over the 375. Maneuvers run largely recessed into the deckhouse, the transom can be folded down: there is no shortage of Hanse trademarks, such as the self-tacking jib.
The model for sale, from 2016 and visible in Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD), has two large double cabins and a bathroom, as well as a removable teak stern platform. Heating system, winter cover, mainsail furling, are just some of the many accessories for the perfect cruise with which the boat is equipped.

WATCHWORD: EFFICIENCY
The penultimate model we offer is a Delphia 40 (12.35 x 3.94 m). Built in Poland under the banner of efficiency and practicality by a shipyard specializing in molding fiberglass boats. Performance in light winds suffers from a reduced sail plan; it improves as the intensity rises.
On deck, large teak-lined cockpit, convenient access to aft spoiler. The interiors are well thought out: providing three or four cabins and a square with a unique right-angle dinette, which uses the transverse bulkhead for support. The kitchen is broadside, and on either side of the descent are another toilet and charting. The finishes are simple but efficient, with use of light-colored woods that give brightness.
This model is visible in Pesaro (PU) and has undergone major refitting work: hull brought to zero, only last coat of antifouling, mainsail and jib replaced in 2014, 2018 engine maintenance etc…

READY TO SAIL
We close our review of used boats with a comfortable cruising classic. We are talking about a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40 (12.20 x 3.95 m). In production from 1999 until 2003, it was designed by Daniel Andrieu.
The model we offer is from 2003 but is in excellent condition and has a teak deck. It is Yanmar 56 hp engine (1400 engine hours), with 136-liter fuel tank. The layout: 2 cabins, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, sleeps 6. Equipment includes: hot water, refrigerator, capote, biminitop, rollaranda, furling sail, 84 sq. m. sail, 4 winches, full Raytheon electronics, 220 inverter, 4 batteries, battery charger, electric windlass.
