Delphia/DELPHIA 34
Designing this Polish shipyard hull is Andrzej Skrzat, a designer historically close to the shipyard. The emphasis is on interesting sailing performance combined with great interior roominess. As is customary for Delphia, the Delphia 34 is also available with a liftable centreboard upon request.
The self-draining cockpit houses two large lockers and teak seating. The standard interior layout includes three double cabins, including the master cabin positioned forward with a double bed and closet, and a separate bathroom. The interior joinery is mahogany with matte varnish.
Data: length. 10.35 m; wd. 3.47 m; draught. 1,85 m.
Chantier Structures/Pogo 36
Following the success of the Pogo 3, which is making a splash in the Mini 650 world, Chantier Naval Structures this year launched the Pogo 36, designed by Finot/Conq. Like all boats churned out by Structures, it has a double rudder blade, a very wide stern (maximum beam is 4 meters), and the option of having a lifting keel. The deckhouse is characterized by square shapes.
The first boat was launched in spring 2016.
Data: length. 10.86 m; wid. 4 m; disl. 3600 kg.
Comar/COMET CAT 37
Marc Lombard, a holy monster of design, designed the first catamaran in the history of the Comar shipyard. Great importance, in keeping with the Italian manufacturer’s tradition, is placed on performance. The hulls stand out for an accentuated redan in the dead work, which keeps the water lines in the submerged part thin and then widens in the emerged part. The redan also, together with the trampoline high above the water ensures a dry deck even in a formed wave. The interiors include different versions, from two to four cabins with two bathrooms. Great attention was also rserved to design.
Data: length. 11.10 m; larg. 5.84 m; disl. 5000 kg.
Bali/BALI 4.0
The smallest of the models in the French shipyard Catana’s new cruising range makes habitability its undoubted strong point. In addition, moving the wheelhouse to the level of the hardtop further expanded the living spaces. The cockpit is perfectly sheltered in all conditions for maximum passenger comfort. Below decks there are two-, three-, or four-cabin versions that make the most of the hull design, capable of reaching toward the stern an interesting width.
Data: length. 11.99 m; larg. 6.72 m; sup. vel. 105.40 sq. m.
Arcona/ARCONA 380
From Sweden comes the Arcona 380, featuring clean water lines and an almost vertical bow starboard. The hull provides respectable performance under sail without neglecting comfort on board, with an understated yet refined interior thanks to fine joinery.
The deck plan is also designed to allow ease of operation even with a small crew. The keel can be of three lengths according to requirements. In keeping with the shipyard’s philosophy, the standard equipment is rich and the equipment and components first-rate.
Data: length. 11.23 m; wd. 3.80 m; fish. 1,92 /2,10/2,40 m.
