FOLLONICA “CAPUT MUNDI”
Take, for example, Follonica, in the province of Grosseto. From here you can reach Elba Island, which is only 15 miles away, in a jiffy. And from theElba Island sail smoothly to the Corsica (just over 30 miles) or La Maddalena, Sardinia, if you don’t want to explore theTuscan Archipelago, capable of providing breathtaking landscapes (rispared to the island of Elba, in fact, Pianosa is only 7 miles away, Montecristo 22, Giglio 28, Giannutri 40, Capraia 18 and Gorgonia 39).
If you prefer to stay on the coast, however, we recommend heading south, at a time of Castiglione della Pescaia, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole in Argentario. Incredible places, real sailing capitals, where in addition to great bathing you can successfully practice sport fishing (these are notoriously fishy waters).
Let’s take a look at what awaits you, in terms of charter boats, in the Tuscan town. We consulted one of the operators we consider reliable, Aladar Sail. Below you will find all the offers, from April through the summer of 2018!
