The client also purchases the boat through leasing and makes it available to NSS Charter for use in leasing activities. NSS Charter purchases (empty for full) the use of the boat for the agreed number of seasons. NSS Charter guarantees up to 30,000 euros per season empty for full to the shipowner, in addition to the availability of the same for up to 6 weeks per year. It is possible to use other boats in the fleet of the same or lower level at any NSS Charter base in the World. NSS Charter is responsible for all mooring and routine/extraordinary maintenance costs for the duration of the contract except for the Kasko and liability insurance policy to be paid by the Owner.
