Option solution: Advances only 37,700 euros. The customer purchases a vacation package for 6 seasons at a price of 47,700 euros including VAT for which he pays 30,000 euros, 17,700 euros will be paid in 20 quarterly installments. The deniers paid are guaranteed with ASTOI fund https://www.fondoastoi.it/
The vacation package includes 6 credits per season and two weeks last minutes on any boat in the Kiriacoulis fleet of the same level or lower; in the case of a higher level boat, you pay the difference. In addition to the credits and the hard last minutes weeks, there are still 2 last minutes weeks and the winter period, this only on the boat covered by the option contract.
1 week in April and October is worth 1 credit, one week in May June July and September are 2 credits, one week August 3 credits. For Caribbean from Dec. 20 to Jan. 20 are 3 credits, July August 1 credit, September October closed base, the rest 2 credits.
The customer pays an option for 7,700 euros, which entitles him to buy the boat after 5.5 years, or 6 seasons at a price of 45,000 euros plus VAT if due.

Guaranteed annuity: The customer purchases through his own company the boat, normally through leasing, and Kiriacoulis buys empty for full availability for the agreed period, normally matches 18% of the boat’s value per year, maximum duration 6 seasons. Operating expenses are the responsibility of the shipowner. For the use of makes a vacation package according to need. Kiriacoulis chargeable solution is also possible. Solutions are negotiable
