Rethinking the relationship with their customers and opening up new business strategies. If there is one opportunity the Covid crisis has offered shipyards, it is to devise new ways to stay, or get, in touch with their customers. Therefore, it is certainly no coincidence that the initiative of Solaris Yachts, the prestigious Italian brand specializing in luxury performance cruisers, which will run until September 30, is enjoying great success. We are talking about Solaris Days, a whole month that the shipyard has decided to dedicate to its customers and to all enthusiasts interested in these boats.
“The idea was born when we resumed work after lock down. We expected many trade shows to skip, so we felt the need to reconnect with our customers and all our boat enthusiasts by finding a new way to offer them a special experience” Michele Ricci, Solaris sales director, told us.
“However, this is not a boat show, that’s not what we want to do, but we want to offer an experience to our customers, a total immersion in the Solaris world,” continues Ricci, who then explains, “the Solaris Days are on two levels: one is at the new shipyard in Aquileia, where the first hull of the Solaris 60, now virtually ready, and the 40 can be seen under construction. Then there are the boats on the water in Monfalcone, Trieste, at the Hannibal Marina. Here there will be the 44, the 50, the 55, the 64 RS, and the power boat, the 48 Fly, all of which can be rigorously tested on the water with dedicated outings for each individual customer“, Ricci concludes .
Solaris Days is not a public event, interested customers wishing to try boats or visit the yard should make an appointment with local Solaris agents or directly with the yard by emailinggiulia@solarisyachts or calling +39043191304
