The Portofino Rolex Trophy, the event organized by the Yacht Club Italiano and reserved for boats that have made yachting history, has come to an end. The wind, as is often the case in the Gulf of Tigullio, was lacking, so the races were run with light sirocchetto.
RESULTS.
Wings won the last round among the 12 Meters S.I., followed by Vanity V, Vim, Trivia and Emilia. Among the 15 Meter S.I. first Tuiga, second Mariska, third Hispania and fourth The Lady Anne. At the end of two days of racing, in the overall standings Mariska came out on top among the 15 Meters International Tonnage and Wings among the 12 Meters International Tonnagenal: both won the Rolex Trophy reserved for their respective classes and a Rolex Submariner watch.
