There are two new Beneteau products at the Genoa Boat Show, the first is theOceanis 40.1 that we have already presented to you, and the second is the Oceanis Yacht 54, designed by Roberto Biscontini and Lorenzo Argento. The boat follows the “Yacht” concept already introduced with the First 53, from which the water lines are derived, translating it into the classic Oceanis style, namely that of a very comfortable cruising boat. The very close kinship with the First 53 will, however, provide the boat with those important sailing characteristics that, hand in hand with on-board comfort, delineate the contours of a luxury boat, where this word is declined to denote that ensemble made up of quality finishes, attention to detail, comfort and performance.
“The water lines are the same as those of the First Yacht 53, on a boat concept declined in Oceanis version with everything that is typically on the Oceanis, even in terms of price. The following have been realized a deck and interior adapted for more cruise and even charter use, a more “cruising” boat in short. It will be a little less performant, since for example it will not have the deep draft option, and still more comfortable with solutions like the rollbar in the cockpit“. Lorenzo Argento had told us.
