“The fleet for the summer of 2022,” Simone Morelli, founder and administrator of NSS Charter, tells us, “includes about 130 boats including catamarans and monohulls. The main news are the imminent arrival of the new Lagoon 55, in addition to the new Lagoon 52 and the constant renewal of the range to always offer boats that live up to expectations starting with the Lagoon 40. Among monohulls then we have all the Oceanis models, from the small 30.1 up to the 51.1.
This is also why therefore I am happy to say that bookings have been traveling fast for a few months already. Yes, it corresponds to the truth that today’s charter client is a real tourist who wants to experience a new, different from the usual vacation in contact with nature. Beyond the experienced sailor, today we are increasingly being called by newcomers to whom we advise on how best to spend their vacation.
The most popular sailing area is certainly Sardinia, starting from our private marina at Cala dei Sardi in Costa Smeralda. It is possible to head south, the beaches of Tavolara, the Bue Marino Caves, Cala Goloritzé, or head north, to the Pevero beach, Caprera, the island of Spargi, and all the way to Corsica. But other destinations are no less, so much so that we often offer the One Way. For example, we start from Cala dei Sardi to Cala de’ Medici in Tuscany, sailing to the most beautiful places in both regions.”

Maintaining a quality standard and taking June as an example, one can sail for a week aboard a 12-meter sailboat that accommodates 6 people for 2,500 euros, while a catamaran of the same size with 4 double cabins costs about twice as much.
For more discerning clients, who seek luxury, we have customized proposals on large catamarans, with even the chef available, and we arrive at figures from 25,000 euros per week and up. Today the most popular boat is precisely the catamaran because it offers exceptional space and comfort for a totally relaxing vacation.”
