Put together one of the world’s most celebrated performance designers with an Italian shipyard of excellence: the result will be the new V68, whose “code name” is Pelotari.Project. The protagonists are well-known names, we are talking about Irish Mark Mills, the wizard of fast boats, and the Vismara Marine shipyard.
Constructed entirely of carbon with a performance and fun hull, and a deck volume distribution that ensures safety and maneuverability not only when sailing but also comfort when cruising.
Carbon mast and boom and a retractable keel that allows a draft from 2.90 to 4.20 m and maximum stability for sailing performance. Inside, a spacious dinette with L-shaped table and sofa and removable armchairs ; opposite on the left is the navigation area and waxed cupboard, a large kitchen consisting of a refrigerator, tilting gas burners and a wine cellar.
This 68′ is a design evolution of the 62′ Supernikka, which has achieved important results in international regattas in the Mediterranean, and like the 62 is thus a boat that combines grandprix performance with a certain versatility, a boat that can go from racing bolide to cruising sportsman in a few moves.
A boat, therefore, that winks at luxury, not understood as mere comfort and quality of construction materials, but luxury as an accomplished concept of the pleasure of sailing at 360 degrees, without compromise, where sailing is an indispensable pleasure that from time to time is declined between buoys or in fast cruising, often forgetting the use of the engine.
In the stern are two double cabins with their respective bathrooms and closets. Continuing toward the bow in front of the mast is the innovative master cabin with double bed turned aft and further forward bathroom and closets that also act as a dividing volume also for privacy with the crew area at the far bow where there is a 2-bed cabin with and separate bathroom .
