This is the Punta Gabbiano Marina, a state-of-the-art facility among the best in Europe, positioned in the North Adriatic. Not just a simple port or an ordinary berth, but a true 360-degree tourist facility that takes care of the guest’s well-being from the berth to leisure and relaxation with a complete stay offer.
The port
The Marano Lagoon keeps the structure sheltered from the ravages, and at the same time the low salinity water extends the life of the boats and their accessories. It can accommodate boats up to 25 meters, with a maximum draft of 3 and 300 total berths.
Services
Each berth is served with water, electricity up to 8 Kw, satellite TV outlet, Wifi internet connection, and pump out system for black water discharge, a point on which the facility places great emphasis to ensure the healthiness of the Marina’s waters and to raise awareness of the use of black water tanks. In addition to nautical services, the harbor offers ample parking and relaxation areas: two large heated swimming pools, whirlpools with geothermal water, bar-restaurant, large landscaped gardens, volleyball court, soccer field, use of bicycles for excursions, children’s playground, wi fi internet throughout the facility. Dedicated shipbuilding services are always active. The shipyard has: 15,000 square meters of spacious yards for technical parking and garaging, 4 travel-lifts for hauling and launching boats from 5 to 25 meters, up to 80 tons, a 1.2-ton sghinda-tree crane, 4-ton crane with boom extendable up to 26 mt in height
Where it is located
Marina Resort Punta Gabbiani is located in Aprilia Marittima, province of Udine, in the mirror waters within the beautiful Marano Lagoon. Aprilia Marittima is positioned 20 km from the Latisana exit on the A4 highway and 60 km from Ronchi dei Legionari airport. It can be reached by car by taking the Latisana – Lignano state road and then taking the Aprilia exit.
