Located at the entrance to the Gulf of Cugnana, between Porto Rotondo and Portisco, Marina Cala dei Sardi is a “green” landing place, built with Breakwater pontoons, and Seaflex anchorage, a system designed by the Finnish company Marinetek, which specializes in the construction of floating marinas (a system also used in Miami and Dubai), that combines stability and respect for natural sea currents, which are often deflected by the concrete casts of traditional marinas.
The port
Marina Cala dei Sardi is now the most capacious eco-friendly marina in the heart of Costa Smeralda, Sardinia. Today it is able to offer 140 moorings from 6 to 60 meters, but in addition, a fantastic and comfortable floating platform is also available to boaters for those who wish to swim or sunbathe, immersed in the natural beauty of the Emerald Coast.
Services
The Cala dei Sardi Marina is equipped with all dockside services, starting with electricity supplies, drinking water, and the wi-fi Internet connection. Ashore, in a green area with several relaxation zones, there are all services for the use of boaters: reception, toilets and showers, bar and restaurant, parking, 24-hour surveillance camera system, shuttle and cab service, galley supply service, mechanical, electrical and electronic assistance, rigging and sail service, and continuous mooring assistance. The Cala dei Sardi Marina also offers passing boaters packages for daily moorings, in addition to the classic monthly, seasonal and even annual ones.
The latter also include the possibility of being able to spend the winter months in storage at a contracted yard. Then, from this year, Marina Cala dei Sardi offers an area dedicated to small four-legged friends, in which they can have fun together with their owners.
Where it is located
Marina Cala dei Sardi is located in the Gulf of Cugnana, on the Costa Smeralda Panoramic Road, San Pantaleo location. It is about 10 kilometers from the center of Olbia, the main city in the northeastern area of Sardinia. Right in Olbia are both a commercial port where several ferry lines arrive from mainland Italy and an international airport, which in turn is about 20 kilometers from the marina.
