It is Adelasia of Torres, led by skipper Renato Azara and composed of Caterina Nitto (halyards), Duccio Colombi (helm/tactic), Enrico Zennaro (helm/tactic), Evero Niccolini (mainsail), Alessandro Santangelo (bow) and Maurizio Loberto (tailer). IT’S NOT GOING TO BE EASY
This will not be an easy race: on the start line the 2016 Tour champion (and also winner in 2014 and 2015) EFG Bank Monaco, with French skipper Thierry Douillard, and many other valuable teams, including the pink DB Schenker crew, captained by Netherlands Olympian Annemeike Bes. The first leg is 105 miles from Muscat, Oman, to Sohar. Come on Adelasia!
