“A week ago, after a cruise that left from Ancona, after descending Croatia, we pushed on to Montenegro in Kotor. The captain’s office ordered us to leave Montenegro within 24 h, as they could not charge us for the vignette because we were aboard a vessel (without registration). For 6 years I have been going regularly twice a year to Croatia without any problems, I have the certificate of engine use, insurance, etc. “but here we are in Montenegro “was the answer.
