There are many songs about the sea, navigation, and freedom (we have told you about them many times, including HERE). this one we offer, which has just been released, is by singer-songwriter Andrea James and is quite specific in its title and lyrics. It’s called “Bolina,” and it starts with “Cazzare, leave the sail, tack puggiare….” The video is also made with “onboard” images of a beautiful wooden contender…
Here is what the author told us, “On May 1 I released my new self-produced music album entitled ‘Ondivago.’ Inside it is a song that I am very fond of for reasons related to my family, which has always loved the sea and sailing. While my brother, Sebastiano, continued his studies in the nautical industry by graduating in naval design and working at Perini Navi, I went on to study fine arts and music. The song in question is called ‘Bolina’ and it is a song full of sailing or sailing-related terms. It was an experiment that I wanted to dedicate to my brother, my father and all sailing lovers.” Happy listening!
