Fountaine Pajot has announced a new Berret/Racoupeau signature catamaran to be launched in 2017: the New 47, which will fill the “gap” between the Helia 44 and the Saba 50.
THE BOAT IN BRIEF
The 47-footer will feature ample living and lounging space: optionally, you can have a convenient aft platform when bathing and for housing the tender. There will be no shortage of lounging areas in the bow, over the hard top, and in the cockpit. The square will make brightness its strong point, but it will also feature plenty of storage space and a convenient and accessorized kitchen.

TWO VERY DIFFERENT LAYOUTS
The New 47 will come in two very different configurations: one, suitable for charters, with five cabins and as many bathrooms (which will be named “quintet”; the other decidedly more “ownerly” (master version) with a maxi-suite in the port hull and a total of three cabins and three bathrooms. www.catamarans-fountaine-pajot.com
