Excellent results in offshore regattas around Europe (Porquerolles Race Week, Giraglia Rolex Cup among others) and even in New Zealand, reliability (even in small crew), simplicity. These are the reasons that led the UNCL (Union Nationale pour la Course au Large, a jury of journalists from the trade journals Couse au Large, Voiles et Voiliers, Voile Magazine, Seahorse Magazine) to elect the Jeanneau Sun Fast 3600 as the 2016 IRC Boat of the Year.
ALSO IN ITALY “ROCKS”

THE SUN FAST 3600 IN BRIEF
After several seasons in which the French shipyard had focused exclusively on its cruising models, it surprisingly launched the Sun Fast 3600 in 2013. On deck, everything is concentrated in the cockpit, while there is a dual option in terms of rigging, aluminum or carbon, with two orders of quartered spreaders. The sail plan includes a 36 sq. m. mainsail and a 33 sq. m. genoa (a gennaker of about 100 sq. m. is mounted on the dolphin boat. Dual options for wheel or tiller steering as well: finally, all maneuvers are facilitated through optimized and functional cockpit ergonomics. CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE BOAT
