Düsseldorf Salon 2021, the new dates: April 17-25
The original dates of Jan. 23-31, given the situation throughout Europe, led the organization to move the event to spring. This decision was made in consultation with partners and exhibitors who were in favor of the new dates. Thus, with the new dates already announced, exhibitors can start planning for the fair in terms of logistics.
Why the Düsseldorf Trade Show 2021 will be in April
What changes between January 2021 and April 2021? Will four months be enough? The answer is yes, for Messe Düsseldorf CEO Wolfram Diener.
“At the present time we cannot reliably assess whether a trade fair can be held in January 2021. This is due to current infection rates, continuing travel restrictions, and existing legal provisions that currently do not allow trade fairs to be held. Statements from numerous experts lead us to assume that it is very likely that the situation will calm down in almost all European countries by spring 2021 due to the measures currently in place.”
This show holds strategic importance for the entire European marine industry and beyond. An important slice of the shipyard season is decided during the Düsseldorf show, also in terms of sales. This makes the new dates for the event very carefully chosen.
When will be the Düsseldorf Salon 2021
The Düsseldorf exhibition will be from April 17 to 25, 2021.
