amel 60At the Milan Yachting Week – The Digital Boat Show there is a newborn boat that is destined to become a great classic.

It is theAmel 60, the new blue water produced by one of the cult shipyards that have made yachting history. The Amel 60, born only a few months ago, has already won major awards. It is appreciated by those who really know about boats and does not go unnoticed.

You’ll find it on the dock at Milan Yachting Week this unique sailboat: you’ll want to visit it right away if you like “real” boats with which to sail for a long time and live aboard as if in a seaside villa.

Who will like the new Amel 60? To everyone who loves sailing but, above all, for those looking for a boat built and equipped to sail anywhere, in any weather, with unique comfort and above-average sailing performance.

Discovering a cult boat

The Amel 60 is unlike any other. And you will find out by visiting it. At Milan Yachting Week. Want some examples of why it is already a cult object? The cockpit is fully repaired, electric winches, lithium batteries, retractable maneuvering propeller are standard. No other shipyard offers them as standard.

Even the shaft of the Amel 60 is made of carbon. Why carbon and not aluminum, which costs less? Because, as experts know, thanks to carbon, the mast is much lighter, which means less heeling, better passage on the wave, being able to reduce the sail later.

In terms of comfort, we are at the level of superyachts in only 60 feet (18 meters). Just look at the photos illustrating the Amel 60’s master cabin, which is located aft so it cleverly takes advantage of the boat’s full maximum width. The main cabin is at least ten feet larger than that of a competitor.

But if you want to understand all that is unique about the new Amel 60, all you have to do is visit it at Milan Yachting Week: you will find everything you need to appreciate it: photos, videos, texts, exterior and interior plans, and features.
