Trieste, October 11, 2015 – One hour, 18 minutes and 25 seconds it took the Maxi 72 Robertissima III to win the 47th Barcolana in real time. Super start for the pair consisting of Roberto Tomasini Grinover (owner) and Vasco Vascotto (tactician) who at the cannon shot promptly hoists the gennaker and takes the lead in the race.
IN VAIN THE EFFORTS OF THE OPPONENTS
Nothing could against a Robertissima so Jena No Borders Team of Mitja Kosmina and Furio Benussi (with Stefano Cherin at the helm) who started badly and took a long time to hoist the gennaker and set up, having to settle for second place. Third position for Pendragon, fourth Anywave with Paul Cayard at the helm and fifth Veliki Viharnik. Lino Sonego Team Italia ‘s Extreme 40 skippered by Enrico Zennaro won the special Trophy dedicated to the class.

Despite a Saturday with prohibitive weather conditions with gusts of up to 80 knots, the organizers were able to handle the Bora and, by shifting the start of the regatta by two hours, they made the great sailing celebration happen.
