Dalmatian-style lamb

Recipe type easy
Preparation time about an hour

Preservation It is a dish to be eaten immediately

Ingredients for 4 people One kilo
and 200 grams of loin or leg of lamb, one glass of extra virgin olive oil, one glass of dry white wine, twenty black olives, rosemary, vegetable stock, salt and pepper

How to cook Cut the lamb into pieces and place it in a large nonstick pan already sprinkled with oil.
Brown it well on both sides, add a generous sprig
of rosemary, let the wine evaporate, add the pitted olives cut in half
and cook, adding a ladle of broth occasionally and turning the meat. Toward the end of cooking, when the sauce is thick, pepper a lot, season with salt and serve.
