Catalan-style mussels

 

Recipe type easy
Preparation time one day

Storage This is a dish that can be eaten immediately and kept in the refrigerator for 1/2 days

Ingredients for 4 people One kilo of mussels, a handful of cherry tomatoes, half a white onion, basil, a tablespoon of vinegar, the juice of half a lemon, half a glass of extra virgin olive oil and salt

How to cook Wash the mussels well, pour them into a pan, cover, put on the fire to open. Shell the shellfish and place them in a bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half, the half onion into thin rounds

and chopped basil, and add everything to the mussels. In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt: use this sauce to season the shellfish and stir to mix everything together. Allow to rest for a day in the refrigerator and serve.
