There is a new port in Molise: Marina Sveva, accessorized and environmentally sustainable

aerial port“Give up the ropes. Move away from the safe harbor. Take with your sails the winds. Explore. Dream. Discover.” This is the quote from Mark Twain that welcomes you to the website of the new Marina Sveva port in Montenero di Bisaccia (Campobasso). The marina, located half a mile north of the mouth of the Trigno River, is situated about halfway along the gulf, which to the south begins with the town of Termoli, about 16 km away with its ancient seaside village and Swabian Castle from which the Marina’s name originates, while to the north it ends at Punta della Penna, with the port of the town of Vasto. It is the ideal landing place for those who want to visit the Tremiti, Gargano, but also for those who want to discover the whole area encompassing lower Abruzzo and Molise, including unspoiled nature, ancient villages and fascinating castles.

The mission of the new Marina is clear: it wants to attract a wide audience, not just boating enthusiasts, becoming a reference point for all sea lovers. Therefore, services include boat rentals, charters with many destinations of considerable tourist interest, and scuba diving course. The new harbor is also ready to welcome those who simply want to enjoy the beauty of the coast and a bit of relaxation, perhaps at bar tables or on the equipped beach. Additional equipped premises are also available that will accommodate stores, restaurants and other businesses.

The roots of ownership are tied to the area, as the company is headed by a businessman originally from the area, who seeing the potential of the project took over the shares of the previous company whose work had stalled.
