We had shown you the video spot “Italy the Extraordinary Commonplace,” by the Ministry of Economic Development and ICE, pointing out that the presence of a British megayacht Sunseeker, in a video focusing on “Made in Italy,” had as much to do with it as the cabbage. True, but it is also true, we discovered, that the video was filmed in the Genoese Amico & Co. shipyards, one of the most important realities in the world of refit&repair of large yachts. It is, however, an excellence, which the government, unwittingly (and fortunately, we add), ended up promoting.
