With the arrival of all participants in Livorno, the Regatta of the Isolotti came to an end., the event organized by the Italian Yacht Club and the Livorno Yacht Club that kicked off Thursday, May 1, from Santa Margherita Ligure.The 151-mile race took the 19 competitors around the island of Gallinara and Gorgona. The course, which crosses the entire Ligurian Sea, reprises a classic that the two clubs organized in the 1970s and is complemented by the 151-mile course, which becomes its natural continuation to the south (there will also be a combined ranking of these two events).
Adriano Calvini’s Maxi Itacentodue wins in the IRC Class and is awarded the Achille and Giulia Boroli Trophy, a perpetual challenge reserved for the yacht with the best Overall placing in the largest grouping.
