Fillet steak with mustard

Ingredients for 4 people Four ox steaks weighing 200 grams each, two cloves of garlic, mustard, half a glass of liquid cream, a shot of cognac, olive oil, rosemary, Worcester sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper
How to cook Sauté the chopped garlic and rosemary in a large nonstick skillet. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, spread them generously with mustard
and brown them in the pan over high heat, two minutes per side. Then pour in the cognac and flare. With the fire out: join
10 drops of tabasco and 10 drops of worchester, pour the cream into the pan, turn the fillets, season for one minute, and serve. It is paired with a double-malt pale ale.
