The countdown begins as we enter the hottest phase of organizing the 2015 Ichnusa Sailing Kermesse. The event, now in its second year, will be held May 29-31 in the beautiful setting of the Marina Piccola marina.
A SEA OF REGATTAS
The sailing events, organized by Cagliari’s historic Ichnusa Rowing Society A.F. 1891 in close collaboration with the Movimens Association, Scuola Italia in Vela, Sant’Efisio Sailing and Yacht Club Quartu Sant’Elena, will be the stars of Cagliari’s spring. It will witness the gathering of yachts entered in the winter ORC in Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia, the first edition of the Mini Round Sardinia Race (Tour of Sardinia Class Mini 6.50 in doubles), CAP Cagliari Offshore Regatta Genoa – Cagliari, also Class Mini 6.50 solo/double organized together with the prestigious Italian Yacht Club.
THE NEW WEBSITE.
The event will culminate with the final regatta open to all on Sunday in the Gulf of Angels in the wake of the legendary Tiscali Cup a few years ago. And these very days Ichnusa Sailing Kermesse is getting a makeover with a totally revamped website www.isksardegna.com, streamlined and intuitive, providing all the information pertaining to the event, but not only. A few examples: through the Sponsors section one can take part in the event by advertising one’s company by actually entering the colorful world of the Kermesse; one can sign up for the Sunday sailing or the #isksardegna2015 newsletter with a few simple steps; one can find documents and technical information about the regatta and the program of activities ashore. www.isksardegna.com (facebook page www.facebook.com/ichnusasailingkermesse).
