Ghost boat spotted in front of Alcatraz prison?
None of the above. This is a model of a remote-controlled boat that Google is using on an experimental basis for its Coast View service (like the famous Street View, but from the sea).

For now, this strange catamaran raft propelled by Torqeedo electric motors and equipped with a 360° multi-camera has photographed the Golden Gate in San Francisco and the coast of American Samoa.

Will it come to Europe? Think what a convenience for boaters, choosing in advance the bay in which to anchor by seeing it from the sea!
