A worthy heir to the 335, it was developed in perfect harmony with the dictates of the La Rochelle shipyard’s Grand Large range, which is characterized by the search for maximum comfort without sacrificing performance (as evidenced, for example, by the choice of a rather long mast and an extended sail plan). Particular attention has been paid to ease of handling while underway, with maneuvers deferred to the cockpit (where there is room for dual steering) and the presence of the self-tacking jib as standard equipment.

The interior is marked by ergonomics and functionality: the layout provides the option of two or three cabins. The first configuration features a large aft cabin and a larger bathroom. In the bow finds space for the other double bed. The second layout has two double cabins aft. In both, the square has an L-shaped kitchen and starboard and port sofas running either side of the central table.
